Ingredients


Gooseberries (amla) - 1 kg
Sugar - 1 ¼  kg
Citric acid - 3 grams

Method

Wash Gooseberries (amla) and prick with fork before boil it in 2-3 jugs of water. Boil it for 2-3 minutes and leave it to soak for 24 hours. Next day sprinkle sugar all over on amla leave it again for 24 hours. Next day add citric acid in it and boil it for 10-15 minutes and then off the flame and keep aside for 2 days again. Now keep it in a tight jar with lid.Daily eat 3-4 amla form it with an empty stomach. It will improve Platelets in days effectively.

2.  Papaya Juice and Leaves Extracts for Platelet
