Eating yogurt for a pregnancy is very much beneficial for both mother and newborn.  If you did not like plain yogurt you can add different fruits, salads, boiled vegetables or nuts to change the taste and to improve the nutrients of yogurt. You can add strawberry, blueberries, pineapple, pomegranate, apples, banana, boiled Potatoes, walnuts and flax seeds etc.

BEST 8 FACE MASKS WITH YOGURT:

  1. Mix 1 tablespoon Clay (Multani mitti), 1 tablespoon cocoa powder and 1 egg in 2-3 tablespoons yogurt. Apply it with face brush on your face for 15-20 minutes. Best to remove black or white heads and best for dull skin.
  2. Mix ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder and 1 tablespoon gram flour in 3-4 tablespoons yogurt and apply it on your face for 20-25 minutes. Best remedy for acne treatment and also improve your complexion in one week.
  3. Add three tablespoons of mashed banana, one tablespoon of powder milk, one teaspoon of honey in two tablespoons of yogurt. Apply this mixture on the whole of your face and neck for 15-20 minutes. Best anti-aging mask.
  4. Add in your grinder a piece of cucumber, 2 tablespoons porridge with 3-4 tablespoons of yogurt and make a creamy mixture. Apply it on your face for 10 minutes for fresher and oil free skin.
  5. Mix one tablespoon strawberry juice with two tablespoons of plain yogurt and massage with your fingertips for smooth and shining skin.
  6. Mix two tablespoons plain yogurt with one tablespoon of Aloe Vera and two tablespoons of oatmeal finely ground. Apply this paste over the face and rinse after 15-20 minutes.
  7. Two or three tablespoons of Greek yogurt add 4-5 drops of almond oil/olive oil and 2-3 drops of lemon juice. Apply it on face for 25-30 minutes then rinse with lukewarm water. This mask may reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
  8. Mix one egg yolk, 1 teaspoon honey with 2 tablespoon yogurt makes a creamy paste. Apply it for 20 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water.

YOGURT HAIR MASKS: 

  1. Yogurt 7-8 tablespoons, mustard oil 2 tablespoons and 1 egg yolk mix all in a bowl. Apply to your hairbrush and leave it for 35-45 minutes. Rinse with normal water. Best for dry and dull hair.
  2. For dry and split end mix 4-5 tablespoons papaya paste in yogurt and mix almond oil 1 tablespoon in it. Use this remedy to remove split ends for 10-15 days daily for effective results.
  3. Mix flax seeds oil, coconut oil and almond oil in yogurt in equal quantity. Apply it on scalp skin with your finger tips to get rid permanently of dandruff and itching scalp skin. Use it for one week.
