Premature Gray Hair Returning Black Naturally

 
Premature graying hair is one of the common problem in teenagers from last few years. Non healthy diet & lifestyle, stress, anxiety, anemia and heredity are the main causes of premature graying hair. Iron, iodine, vitamin B and copper deficiency in food can increase the chances of hair turning gray. But with some useful and effective home remedies and tips teenagers can always prevent hair from premature graying.
Best Natural Tips & Remedies For Premature Hair Graying
1.Daily add few drops of Almond oil in 250 grams lukewarm Milk and add sugar to taste. Drink it daily before going to bed. Within a few days your hair stop graying and start returning black.
2.Mix sugar in Fresh cow Butter and add 5-6 drops of Nigella seed oil (Kalonji). Take it daily early in the morning. Continued use of this remedy your hair starts returning its natural color.
3.Daily massage with Nigella seed oil with Almond oil is very much effective for gray hair for all ages.
4.Grind 250 grams Soap nut (reetha), 250 grams Gooseberry (amla) and 250 grams Sikakai and keep it in an Iron jar. Daily take 2-3 tablespoons and soak in 2 liter water in an Iron utensil overnight. Next morning, apply it on your hair and scalp and leave it for 2-3 hours then wash it with normal water. Within few days of continuing use of this remedy your hair starts becoming black.
5.Take raw green walnuts and make a paste with Aloe Vera Gel. Application of this paste will turn your gray hair into black and shinny within few days.
6.Take 400 grams dried Gooseberry and crush it. Add 250 grams Coconut oil and 250 grams Gooseberry Oil in it. Boil it on low flame in an Iron or Copper utensil until the gooseberry turned into black. Off the stove and place it to cool. Daily massage with this oil on your gray hair and see a magical change in your hair. Your hair starts returning black, strong and healthy.
7.Mix 1-2 tablespoon Almond Oil in 2 Egg Yolk and 1 tablespoon Sikakai Powder on it, apply this mixture with hair brush and leave it for 1 hour. After washing your hair pat dry with towel and apply a little amount of Almond Oil for a little massage. Use this remedy for 2-3 months thrice a week for effective results.
8.Eating healthy diet full of Vitamins and Minerals is the key step to change the color of Gray Hair. Foods with sulfur, silica and iron found very much effective for gray hair. Use black beans, walnuts, sunflower seeds,  almonds and sesame seeds daily in your diet, these foods are essential for the production of Melanin. Omega 3 fatty acids are nutrients  for hair health and Follicles.
9.Keep your hair from dust and keep clean. Wash your hair with normal or cold water in place of warm water. Warm or hot water will remove Melanin of your hair.
10.Avoid  frying and junk food completely it can increase premature gray hair.
