1.  Soak few flowers of Marigold (Genday k Phool)  in 250 grams Mustard Oil overnight. Next morning mashes these flowers in oil and filter the oil. Massage with this oil before 1 hour of washing your hair. With the continued use for 1 or 2 months, your hair becomes long and strong.
2.  Make a paste with Jojoba (bair) leaves and make foam. Apply it for 20-25 minutes and massage with your fingers. Then wash your hair. The best tip to get long hair.
3.  Make a powder with dry gooseberry, terminalia chebula (harrer), sapindus mukorossi /soap nuts (reetha) and Jojoba (bair) leaves in equal quantity. Every after 2 days boil 1-2 tablespoons in 2-3 liters water and wash your hair with this water. The best natural tip to get long and strong hair.
4.  Beet root juice 1 kg, Henna leaves 125 grams, ½ kg sesame seed oil, 250 grams dry gooseberry and water 1 kg. Boil in water dry gooseberry, henna leaves on low flame. 10. Trim your hair 1 or 2 times in a month. Wash your hair very carefully and never use medicated shampoos for the health of your hair.
11. Make a powder with 1 cup Black Lentil, 1/2 cup goose berry, 1/2 cup Sikakai, 2 tablespoons fenugreek seeds and 4 lemon dried peel off. Keep this powder in a jar and soak 2-3 tablespoons in hot water 1/2 hour before. Then Apply this paste on your hair and leave it for 5-8 minutes. Wash it with normal water. It will make your hair long, thick, healthier and stop hair fall completely.
12. Add 1/2 teaspoon white sugar in 100 grams yogurt and apply it in your hair roots. One of the best tip to get long and strong hair naturally.

  • Avoid to wash your hair daily it will make your hair weak and thin.
  • Avoid to wash and rub your hair with soap. It can damage or remove natural hair oils and health.
  • Washing hair with gram flour with yogurt can be very good for healthy hair.
